Baltimore to pay drug treatment facilities $50K in ADA-related settlement

The city of Baltimore will pay $50,000 to two drug treatment facilities to settle a lawsuit filed by the Department of Justice alleging that the city's zoning code violates the Americans With Disabilities Act.
