The Pennsylvania Department of Education was following the law when it calculated a list of the state's low-achieving schools and when it changed the way the Act 1 index is calculated, a department spokesman said today.

DramaFever is a New York, NY based company that gives “you a better way to find and watch the best TV and movies from around the world.” Their original focus was on Korean dramas, but they are rapidly expanding their offerings of tv shows and movies from Taiwan, China, Singapore and the Philippines. Unfortunately, rights holders haven’t jumped on board as quickly as we’d all like.
