Report: Percent of Bridgeport children in poverty rising

The percent of Bridgeport children living in poverty is rising sharply, and is more than double the statewide child poverty rate, according to the latest State of the Child Report from the Bridgeport Child Advocacy Coalition , a nonprofit advocacy group.
