Rite Aid settles EEOC charges regarding employee with epilepsy

On the eve of trial, the drugstore chain has agreed to pay $250,000 to settle charges brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission that it wrongfully discriminated against a Maryland employee who has epilepsy.
