Appeals court upholds Bobby Ferguson's liability in 2004 pistol-whipping

A state appeals court has upheld Detroit contractor Bobby Ferguson's civil liability in a 2004 pistol-whipping incident and says the former employee Ferguson beat is entitled to a higher judgment than the $860,000 currently assessed.
