Helping people becomes a job for some in Sandy devastated areas

Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo has secured a $27 million federal grant that will give more than 5,000 unemployed New Yorkers jobs cleaning up communities, including those on Staten Island still recovering from Hurricane Sandy.
