Feds: 3 restaurants paid servers less than $2.13 per hour

Three San Jose Mexican restaurants have agreed to pay 37 employees $390,960 in back wages following an investigation by the U.S. Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division, which found violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act's overtime, minimum wage and record-keeping provisions.
