Saginaw Street repaving project in Grand Blanc gains statewide recognition

The city of Grand Blanc, Ace Asphalt and Fleis and VandenBrink Engineering recently received an award of merit from the Asphalt Pavement Association of Michigan for the rehabilitation and resurfacing of Saginaw Street that was completed at the end of June.
