Ocean Springs to appeal Psycamore ruling to Mississippi Supreme Court

Jerry Dalgo was the lone member of the Ocean Springs Board of Aldermen to vote against pursuing an appeal of a Circuit Court ruling which overturned the city's decision to deny a use permit to the Psycamore mental health clinic.
