Mickadeit: A plaintiff's view of ADA lawsuits

Do any disabled people use the California's version of the Americans With Disabilities Act in the way the Legislature intended? I've been writing about the serial plaintiffs, some of them ex-cons, who sue dozens of small businesses a year, collecting $4,000 a pop for not having designated handicap parking spaces, having bathroom mirrors mounted too
