BASF Corporation to Pay $500,000 to Settle EEOC Retaliation Lawsuit Against Cognis

BASF Corporation will pay $500,000 to settle a retaliation lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission against Cognis Corporation, the EEOC announced today.
