Jacksonville Ponzi scheme victims file $120.1 million suit against U.S.

Ninty-three victims of an alleged ponzi scheme perpetrated by Jacksonville fund manager who committed suicide in 2010 have filed suit against the United States for losses totaling $120.1 million.
