Nichols Kaster Files Overtime Case Against ISGN Solutions, Inc. on Behalf of Mortgage Underwriters

The plaintiff, a former mortgage underwriter, alleges that ISGN misclassified her and other mortgage underwriters as exempt from the overtime requirements of the FLSA and, as such, did not pay them the overtime they were entitled to receive.

Catch The Fever
