Michael Sullivan, South Hadley selectboard approve 3-year contract for new town administrator

SOUTH HADLEY - The selectboard and Michael Sullivan , the new town administrator who began work Monday, agreed to a three-year contract last week paying him $118,000 the first year and a maximum of $128,000 by 2015 if his performance reviews are favorable.
